Roger e Chevy hanno un grande sogno: quello di partecipare al primo torneo di basket di Venice Beach. A ostacolare il progetto c’è la loro altezza, non proprio rimarchevole. I due, infatti, sono nani e così pure Nick e George, che condividono con loro la folle idea. Ad aiutare il quartetto penserà il bizzarro campione dell’Nba Dennis Rodman, il cui agente trasformerà il quartetto di amici in star della televisione. Tuttavia, per vincere ci vuole spirito di sacrificio.
